BAND OF ECHOES

Band of Echoes is an acoustic duo based in Oregon, centered around guitar, cello, and harmonized vocals. Together, they specialize in stripping down heavy, dark rock songs into intimate, emotionally raw arrangements, pairing acoustic guitar with the resonant depth of cello and layering dual vocals into performances that trade distortion for atmosphere without losing intensity.

Their growing catalog includes acoustic reinterpretations of songs by Tool, Nine Inch Nails, A Perfect Circle, Metallica, and others. Rather than simply translating the original arrangements to acoustic instruments, Band of Echoes rebuilds each song around the strengths of its stripped-down instrumentation, often reshaping its dynamics, textures, and dramatic weight in the process.
